  • Focused Pain Management Massage

    Using intuition and training in multiple modalities, including deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy, this is a slow, focused practice to address areas of specific pain. These sessions offer relief and ongoing resolution of acute and chronic areas of concern.

  • Nervous System Regulation Massage

    Combining mindfulness, breath work, slow fluid movements, and Vagus nerve stimulation to relax and regulate the nervous system, which promotes a calm, restful state. Ideal for stress relief, anxiety relief, and comforting relaxation.

  • Reiki

    Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art and a complementary energy therapy that aims to balance the universal life force and stimulate the body's natural healing ability. Reiki is done fully clothed using gentle touch or no touch and can be a quiet time to receive energy balancing or a time to address anything that may come up during the session through guidance and coaching.

  • Sound healing

    Using a variety of instruments and tools including crystal and antique Himalayan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, gong, and tuning forks, sound healing sessions promote deep healing and relaxation through sound vibration. These can be individual sessions, or scheduled for couples or groups.

  • PRIVATE RESTORATIVE YOGA

    Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, passive, and mindful yoga practice that uses long holds with bolsters, blankets, and props, to help you feel physically, and emotionally held and supported to promote deeper healing and relaxation.
    Private sessions allow for individual attention and sessions that are curated for your specific needs. These sessions also allow for deeper mental and emotional exploration with support and options for processing during or after your session.

  • GUIDED MEDITATION

    Guided meditation describes a form of meditation which utilizes a number of different techniques to achieve or enhance the meditative state. It may simply be meditation done under the guidance of a trained practitioner, or it may be through the use of imagery, music, and other techniques.
    These sessions are specifically tailored to meet your individual goals and needs and can be done in person or over the phone or video call.
